I Just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as possible, please allow an average of 3-7 days production time average shipping times are 2-3 days.

  • Tracking numbers will be updated 2 business days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't receive a tracking number after 3 business please email us at Thank you
  • Custom order take at least 2- 4 weeks to produce and ship.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. 

  • Kindly return items 7 days from day of initial receipt of your item for a full refund.
  • Items are shipped out at your own expense, Once the item is received the  we will refund the full amount of your original purchase excluding the shipping fee.
  • Please Include your name and order number on the returned parcels.

NOTE: We do not accept returns of custom made/ commissioned Jewelry, we however offer adjustments or repairs in case it arrived damaged. 
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty before it ships usually within 24 hrs from day of initial order.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm.

  • Once you double check if the address provided is wrong, kindly notify us via email at
  • If the address provided is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours of informing us via email. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
